August is the next opportunity for people to join Community Groups.‬‭ Talk with your group now‬ about your plans for August Group Launch.

• If you are not adding to or ending your group‬‭ in August,‬‭ pepper in some fun this‬ summer and choose a date to kick off in the fall.

‭If you know someone who has the potential to be a great leader‬‭, we encourage you to‬‭ bring‬ them along‬‭. We value your insight and would love to‬‭ meet them!‬

‭As we prepare for our fall Group Launch, many people are eager (and a little nervous!)‬ to find community. But that can’t happen without leaders who are willing to create those‬ spaces.‬‭ That’s where you come in.‬

Often, people don’t see themselves as “leaders”, but a simple nudge from you could‬ help them take their next step.‬

So, if someone in your group‬‭ connects well with others‬‭ and‬‭ pursues their own ‬spiritual growth, they might be ready to step into‬‭ leadership.‬
